Angermann expands into financing

Angermann expands its client offerings with the establishment of the new Financing business segment. The team is bolstered by the appointment of Fredrik Edner as Partner, who is responsible for overseeing the new venture. Leveraging our extensive network of investors and our expertise in structuring, we will guide our clients through financial markets that offer a wealth of financing options.

Fredrik brings extensive experience in corporate finance and financing, having held previous positions at prominent institutions such as Credit Suisse, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Arctic Securities. After working in New York and London, he returned to Stockholm in 2007 with a heightened focus on financing within the Swedish real estate sector.

As an independent advisor, Angermann can now assist its clients in optimising their capital structure and diversifying their financing. Our new offering includes sourcing financing and derivatives, negotiating terms, offering capital market advice, and raising capital.
